Lowering costs for families in Routt, Moffat, Rio Blanco and Eagle counties

  • Lower health insurance costs

    When Western Slope premiums were set to spike, Lukens worked to pass a law holding down what families pay for coverage.

    Lukens wrote the bipartisan law that makes it easier to plan, build and open child care centers, with grants and hands-on help for communities facing a shortage of care parents can afford.
